DIGITAL X-RAY DEVICE Satelec X

Digital radiography is a form of X-ray imaging where digital X-ray sensors are used instead of traditional photographic film.

Advantages include time efficiency through bypassing chemical processing (environmentally friendly) and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images.

Also less radiation (up to 90%) can be used to produce an image of similar contrast to conventional radiography.

Instead of X-ray film, digital radiography uses a digital image capture device. The gives advantages of immediate image preview and availability, as well as the ability to apply special image processing techniques that enhance overall display of the image.

Digital radiography in dentistry provides the clinician with the ability to store their images on a computer. This provides two key advantages over film in the form of full screen images that can be enhanced and zoomed in on, aiding diagnostics and providing easier patient communication, as well as allowing dental offices to communicate images electronically, allowing for simpler referrals and, where applicable, easier insurance claim submission.

Digital radiography provides instant images that can reduce the time the patient spends in the dental chair.

THE INTRA-ORAL CAMERA Satelec Sopro

Allows our professional clinicians to see more details and to a greater acuity than the human eye, improving diagnosis. These images can then be projected for each patient to actually see the same pictures the dentist sees. These can be helpful for patients to understand the dental conditions in the mouth and to allow greater communication between each dentist and patient.

LASER TEETH-WHITENING

Provides immediate long-lasting results and is one of the most popular choices for teeth-whitening today. Completed in a single visit, this very effective method involves regular teeth cleaning, the application of a teeth whitening gel and laser light to achieve complete penetration of the gel through the enamel.

DENTAL AIR POLISHER

Dental air polisher is an air polishing prophylaxis system which uses air, water, and either sodium bicarbonate or non-sodium powder as slurry to remove extrinsic stain, dental plaque and soft debris while simultaneously polishing tooth surfaces. Recommended to clean tooth surfaces prior to bonding procedures and placement of dental sealants. Highly effective in use on patients wearing orthodontic appliances.

MACHINE ROOT CANAL FILES Pro Taper

Contemporary endodontics demands a new approach to root canal therapy. Machine root canal files enable the precise preparation of the root canal up to an ideal limit.

ELETRONIC APEH LOCATOR

The electronic apex locator aids in measuring the length of the canal root by determining accurate position of the apical constriction through a resistance force. For the success of root canal therapy it is important to clean and fill to the very end of the root, without extending beyond or being undersized.

DEVICE FOR MOUTHGUARD PRODUCTION

This device allows us to produce teeth whitening foils, as well as, mouthguards for athletes and patients who suffer from bruxism (grinding of teeth).

ULTRASOUND TUB

The purpose of cleaning is to reduce the total microbial contamination by over 90% and to remove any organic material remaining after the previous procedures. This device clean instrument with the ultrasound vibrations, the cleaning effect is more efficient.
